You walk into the bay and the equipment is already waiting. If you have never swung before, the coach gives you a two-minute intro on grip and stance before the balls start flying.

First Ball

You tee up and swing. The targets are colour-coded and scored, and within a few minutes you are aiming rather than just hitting. The gap between your first shot and your fifth is usually surprising.

Food Comes Your Way
