Blue pea flower tea turns from blue to purple-pink the instant citrus hits it. It is a pH reaction, not a trick.

Experience flow
Welcome and Tea History
You arrive at the studio and are welcomed with a cup of specialty tea. The session opens with a short, conversational history of tea and a look at how blending actually works. Questions are encouraged from the start.
Taste Like a Sommelier
Before you touch a jar, you taste from three to five existing blends. The host walks you through how to identify flavours using the tea flavour wheel: you are training your palate before you build.
The Blend Bar Walkthrough
You stand at the blend bar and smell, examine, and handle the open jars: whole-leaf teas, tisanes and botanicals. This is where you decide what you are drawn to before blending begins.
Build Your Blend
You choose your base and two to three botanicals, log your ratio on the tasting card, and weigh everything out on the scale. The host is nearby but the decisions are yours.
Taste and Adjust
Your first cup is brewed and you taste it. If the ratio needs adjusting, you adjust. The host offers suggestions if you want them, but there is no wrong answer.
Name It and Jar It
You write the name of your blend on the jar label. It is sealed, yours, and going home with you.
The Final Cup and Trivia
The session closes with a cold-brewed or hot specialty tea served to the group, a short trivia game, and open Q&A. The blue pea flower pour moment happens here if it has not already.
