• Taste together, ask questions, and learn how each flavour profile works before you start grilling.

Hands-On Kitchen Session

• You and your date join a small group and head into the kitchen area.
• Hair nets, gloves, and aprons are provided so you can cook comfortably.
• With the chef’s guidance, you will marinate and skewer chicken, paneer, mushrooms, and vegetables together.

Clay Barbecue Grilling

• Place your skewers on a traditional clay barbecue and get grilling.
• Take turns cooking your creations while the chef guides you on heat, timing, and that perfect char.

Tasting & Feedback
