Hands-On Kitchen Session

• Guests are divided into smaller groups and taken to the kitchen area.
• Hair nets, gloves and aprons are provided for hygiene and comfort.
• Under the chef’s guidance, each participant marinates and skewers chicken, paneer, mushrooms and vegetables.

Clay Barbecue Grilling

• Skewers are placed on a traditional clay barbecue.
• Guests take turns grilling their own creations with tips from the chef on heat, timing and charring.
