Starters and the Live Grill
Soups, salads, and starters to begin. The live grill counter is already running: meat, seafood, and vegetables cooked to order on an open flame.
The Main Course
Indian, Indo-continental, and Continental mains all at once, with live counters for chaat, appam, and Indian breads alongside. Take your time, go back for what you loved.
Mains, Carving & Indian Spread
The heart of the brunch. Freshly carved proteins at the carving station, Food straight from the dum pot, live breads from the tandoor, and a full Indian and Asian main course spread.
Desserts and the Long Finish
A full dessert section: Indian sweets, panna cotta, pastries, chocolate truffle, and fresh fruit. Stay as long as the afternoon allows; there is no reason to rush.
The Vineyard Afternoon
The meal is done but the estate is not going anywhere. Walk the garden, or simply take in what it feels like to spend an afternoon on a working vineyard.
