Unlike traditional cognitive-based therapy, the Intuitive Body workshop focuses on somatic (body-based) methods to address emotions and feelings. It helps participants identify where emotions reside in the body and uses movement and breath to release them.

Come dressed in comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Mentally, come with an open mind. No special equipment or prior preparation is needed, as the focus is on tuning into your body’s natural intuition and response.
