Bring a T shirt with shorts or tights in quick dry fabric, along with a towel, change of clothes, soap, shampoo, and a dry bag for your wet clothes. Sunscreen is also recommended if needed.

There is no strict upper age limit. Our oldest student started at 67.

Kids aged 6 and above can join the session.

Participants up to 126 kg have joined the session comfortably.
