Each Alive Experience goes beyond a single offering and incorporates additional layers of learning, experiencing, dining and relaxation. All these elements roll up to give you one wholesome day experience that you will not forget. So, no matter where you book your Alive Experience, it is this multi-tier signature that sets us apart from everyone else.

At Alive, we put you at the heart of every experience. We’ve done our research on what it takes to make your day experience complete. So, apart from building in layers of learning, experiencing, dining and relaxation into each experience, we offer additional services like On-Call Concierge and premium cab pick-up and drop (at extra cost). This ensures you don’t have to spend hours planning ahead. All you have to do is book an experience, show up and enjoy.

You can add transportation during the time of booking this experience.

The experience includes a gourmet meal as an add-on at extra cost, which you can add at the time of booking this experience. On the menu are a salad, a selection of appetizers and main course, and dessert. A choice of beverages is also available (connect with us prior for any special requests).

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to check in and get settled.

Our guides primarily speak English & Kannada.

You are required to wear form-fitting, long pants and closed-toe shoes. Helmets and safety gear will be provided.

Safety is our top priority. We ensure all equipment and horses are well cared for. The guides and instructors are experienced in handling horses and trained in first aid.

If you arrive late, you may miss part of the session. We recommend arriving on time to get the full benefit of the experience.

Yes, helmets and other safety gear are provided for all participants.

Yes, lockers are available to store personal belongings during the session.

Yes, there are changing rooms and locker facilities available for your convenience.

Yes, friends or family members can accompany you but they can only participate if they have a booking through us.

Anyone over the age of 11 years can participate.

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled clinic will receive a full refund of experience price. Please note that convenience fee is not refunded.

You can ask for a reschedule of this expeirence if it rains on the day of the booking.

Yes, there is a pro shop on-site where you can purchase riding equipment, apparel & gifts.
