Soups, salads, and starters to begin. The live grill counter is already running: meat, seafood, and vegetables cooked to order on an open flame.

The Main Course

Indian, Indo-continental, and Continental mains all at once, with live counters for chaat, appam, and Indian breads alongside. Take your time, go back for what you loved.

Mains, Carving & Indian Spread

The heart of the brunch. Freshly carved proteins at the carving station, Food straight from the dum pot, live breads from the tandoor, and a full Indian and Asian main course spread.

Desserts and the Long Finish

A full dessert section: Indian sweets, panna cotta, pastries, chocolate truffle, and fresh fruit. Stay as long as the afternoon allows; there is no reason to rush.
