The Briefing & Rig Setup

• Upon arrival, a member of staff will guide you to one of the 8 professional simulators.
• They will help you choose a GP or Rally steering wheel based on your preference, then adjust the pedals and seat to suit your height and comfort.

Waiver Form & Registration

• To ensure a personalised experience, you will complete a quick digital registration and sign the safety waiver.
• This lets us save your driver profile for future sessions.
• You will also get a short safety briefing on the high torque cockpit hardware and the HFB Pro haptic feedback system.

Step 3: Rig Setup & Hardware Selection

• Once registered, you will be guided to your simulator.
• Choose a GP style wheel for open wheel racing or a Rally wheel for off road stages.
• Your seat and cockpit pedals can be adjusted in manual or automatic mode for a comfortable ergonomic fit.

Step 4: VMS Connect & Track Loading

• Your chosen title will be loaded on the RTX 5070 triple screen setup, including iRacing, LMU, F1 25, or Assetto Corsa.
• If you are in a group, VMS Connect will sync your rigs on the same LAN server for zero lag wheel to wheel racing.
